This is a story about two people. In the beginning, they were lovers, like they were supposed to be, but in the end, they turned out to be a great tragedy. Their relationship was like a flower, so beautiful yet so fragile, and unfortunately, it also had the lifespan of a flower. The moment their eyes met for the first time, it was obvious that something was unusual. The tension that built up at that moment, was unique. The seed of the flower was planted all it had to do now was to bloom. Days passed, the days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into years. It was not until two years later, that they started to hang out together. When looked at from the outside, people did not imagine them as the type that would accompany each other. One was the sun, the sunshine, radiating positive vibes to everyone near but the other was the rain, the midnight rain who thought that “being positive” was of no use in the real world. This was yet another difference between them. The sunshine liked to live in the fantasy world, away from all of the troubles and pain yet the other liked the “real” world which brought pain and trouble along with it. They started to hang out more and more, with the bond between them getting stronger day by day. The seed turned into a seedling. It was now obvious that there was something going on between the two. This “thing” did not have an official name at the time, and it never did as it did not last long enough to have a name. They started to stargaze together. They spent nearly every day together. After school, their first activity together would be going to the town centre, to buy books. After that, they would go to their favourite cafe. All the others that happened during the day were not planned. They would let the day flow how it was supposed to. The seedling was now a flower, in its most beautiful state. So beautiful that everyone who looked at this flower would be mesmerized by its beauty. Everything comes to an end, some sooner some later. Unfortunately, they were on the sooner side in this story. How was a love so pure, so beautiful to end this soon? Nobody understood it, but it was easy to realise it. It was winter. The sun was not out most of the time. It was gloomy, some might even say depressing. There were clouds everywhere. The only change was not the relationship between them, but rather the whole world. And after this disastrous breakup, the sun lost its energy. There was now no one in the school, who was capable of making everyone happy. There were two thunderstorms. Both are so destructive that them being together, or even looking in the same direction would just cause trouble. Nobody dared to talk about it and no one allowed it. This was when the flower withered. There was not a flower anymore, or not even a seed. There was destruction everywhere. They were not lovers, but they were supposed to be. They did not have a good ending, but they deserved it. They were not happy, but they deserved it. The sun was not shining, but it should have been. The rain was causing storms, but it should have stayed calm. They were two different people. Acting like all that happened did not happen. As if it was all an illusion. In the end, it was clear that they were a tragedy. A big tragedy.
